At first, I planned to put this image to Joketube, but as you can (probably) imagine, this already isn't a joke. They're (The US Government) going to spend 700 bil. dollars (!) of US citizens to pay banks for doing their business very bad. This "clever solution" could work (and worked) well for many times, but once...
